Q: How are Vendor Directory pages organized?[Refer to Figure below]
Entries in the Vendor Directory are grouped into categories (see Vendor Directory Menu Page). Each category has its own Web page (e.g., Convention, Exhibit, and Meeting Planners, shown in the Figure below).
At the top of each category page in the Pharma Marketing Vendor Directory, companies are listed in a hierarchical menu section. At the top is the Category Sponsor area where banner ads appear. Just below that is the "Preferred Menu" area. Below the Preferred Menu is the "Main Menu." Visitors access information about vendors by clicking on their names in the menu areas (a Category Sponsor banner ad links directly to the sponsor's Web site).

Q: What if my company doesn't fit into one of the categories?Return to top...There are approximately 35 different categories of vendors in the Vendor Directory (see Vendor Directory Menu Page). The chances of your company not fitting into one of these categories is very small.
However, you can request a category that is not part of the standard ones listed. We cannot promise that your request will be honored because we need to be able to populate each category with a selection of vendors and cannot have categories of one vendor. If we cannot honor your request, we will put your listing in the most appropriate category.

Q: Where does my company name appear in the menu on the category page?Return to top...Companies with Enhanced Listings appear in the Main Menu area. Preferred Vendors and Category Sponsors appear in the "Preferred Menu" area at the top of the page.

Q: Can I correct, update or otherwise change the information in my existing listing?Return to top...Yes. Upon notification that your listing has become active or upon recurring subscription payment for an existing listing, you have the one-time opportunity to make changes or corrections without charge. Afterwards, a charge may apply to make certain changes. We realize that certain information about your company -- such as address, phone number, fax number, or officers' names and titles -- may change over time. We wish to keep the information in the Directory as up-to-date and accurate as possible. Therefore, you may update this kind of information without charge using the Vendor Directory Change Request Form. However, a "re-listing fee" may be charged for other changes.

Q: How do I keep up-to-date with my listing and learn when I need to renew my subscription?Return to top...If your original credit card order preauthorized us to bill your credit card account on a yearly basis, you will be notified by email before being charged. You will have the option to continue or not at that time. Otherwise, we will notify the contact person by e-mail and/or by phone when the listing has expired. It is important, therefore, that the contact person be someone who is responsible for the account andwill likely be with the company a year after the initial order. Otherwise, these communicatioins will not reach you.
